The color is absolutely not how it is advertised on the website. Color was the only reason I purchased it but I am unhappy with the wrong article received.

Ma’am, as I can see from the saree pictures you have attached, the saree is in the same maroon colour as shown on our website when you placed the order.

We have sent you the exact same maroon handloom Banarasi silk saree that you selected and ordered. There is no difference in the product or colour category.

As mentioned on our website, the colour of the saree may vary slightly depending on the lighting during the photoshoot and the screen on which the image is viewed. The saree you received is maroon, which is the same colour as the saree ordered. We have not sent you a different or incorrect product.

As per our logistics records, the saree was delivered to you on 11th September, and we received your concern almost 20 days after delivery.
